About Solmitra
SolMitra grew out of my journey from Iran to Italy, and from architecture to social and environmental science and finally to yoga. Teaching internationally has shown me that yoga is a universal language. My approach blends dynamic flows, mindful alignment, and personal training, creating a welcoming space for every student. With years of international teaching experience, I combine yoga and personal training to help students improve posture, strength, and balance — all in English, for a truly global practice. My long-term vision for SolMitra is to create a lasting community where yoga and personal training come together to support holistic well-being.
My Ideal Student
My ideal students are committed and consistent practitioners who seek both strength and flexibility. They value mindful alignment, postural correction, and the unique blend of yoga and personal training to achieve lasting balance in body and mind. I hope to help students in Milan build not only stronger and more flexible bodies, but also calmer minds and more balanced lives, carrying the benefits of practice far beyond the mat.
My Teaching Style
My teaching style is dynamic yet mindful, combining the strength of Power Yoga with the flow of Vinyasa. I focus on alignment and postural correction, making sure every student feels both challenged and supported. Classes take place in a warm and inclusive environment where students of all ages can grow with confidence.
